No, he hasn't been out in the sun too long. That's just the way he is. Darth Maul was forged out of the hateful energies of the dark side… and it shows! But this 7 inch tall bobble head of the evil Sith Lord has him forged out of quality PVC, standing atop a matching display base. He does have that menacing look, is holding his famous dual blade red lightsaber, and is dressed in his usual black robe.
